Change Payment Method

NOTE: If you purchased through an app store (Apple App Store, Google Play, etc.) you will need to manage your Payment Method on that platform.

Updating your payment method for your Total WebShield subscription is quick and easy through your online account.

How to Update Your Payment Method

You can add a payment method on your Online Portal here.

Alternatively, once on your Online Portal:

Go to the My Services section
Select Payment Method
Select Add New Card
Enter your new card details
Save your changes

Important Notes

Updates take effect for future payments.
Your current billing date and subscription plan remain unchanged.
If a payment is due and your old payment method fails, updating your details will allow you to retry the payment.

NOTE: If your subscription is already billed through PayPal, you can update your card details directly in your PayPal account. However, it is not possible to switch from a card payment to PayPal (or vice versa) for an existing subscription agreement. To pay with a different method, you would need to cancel your current plan and start a new subscription using your preferred payment method.
